Shipping and returns
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of the goods. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If applicable, all elements of designer packaging such as certificates of authenticity, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return. The item must also be in the original packaging and returned with all labels and tags attached. Incomplete, dirty, damaged, worn or washed items will not be accepted.
Make sure the items match the return label and use the correct labels for multiple orders.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Customer-specific or modified items (e.g. personalized products, made-to-measure or special-made items, as well as customized items), gift cards, swimwear, underwear, glasses, perfumes, jewelry, cosmetics, toiletries and other intimate or hygiene items, personal care products are excluded from the right of return and exchange.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Briefs, swimwear, underwear, boxer shorts
* Some health and personal care products, perfume and/or make-up
* Since personalized items are made to order specifically according to customer specifications, they cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Promotional items (if applicable)
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at danielruegamer@t-online.de and send the item to: Zeller Weg 9, Hettstadt, Bavaria, 97265, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
Shipment
To return your product, you should send your product to: Zeller Weg 9, Hettstadt, Bavaria, 97265, Germany.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are sending an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
